Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AgriDoctor.AI mobile application and website, operated by M.lesnar Company Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using AgriDoctor.AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Service

AgriDoctor.AI provides AI-assisted tools for farmers, including:

  • AI crop disease detection from photos, with treatment and prevention guidance.
  • AgriBot, a multilingual farming assistant.
  • Satellite-based field monitoring for farms you map.
  • Weather information and AI farm planning tools.
  • An agricultural marketplace for discovering products from local suppliers.

The app is currently available on Android via Google Play.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

To use most features you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. AgriDoctor.AI is intended for adult users.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription plans and prices are shown in the app in Ugandan Shillings (UGX).
  • Subscription payments are processed through MTN Mobile Money (MoMo), and where offered, other supported payment methods.
  • A subscription grants access to premium features for the period you pay for (for example daily, weekly, monthly, or annual).
  • Subscriptions are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

4. Marketplace

The marketplace lets you discover agricultural products from local suppliers. Orders are arranged directly between you and the seller (for example via WhatsApp or email). AgriDoctor.AI is not a party to these transactions, does not process marketplace payments, and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, pricing, or delivery of products offered by sellers. Any dispute over a marketplace order is between you and the seller.

5. Nature of AI Guidance — No Warranty of Accuracy

AgriDoctor.AI provides crop disease detection, recommendations, and other outputs as a decision-support tool only. AI-generated results may be incomplete or incorrect, and we do not guarantee their accuracy. You should always confirm important decisions with a qualified local agricultural expert before acting — especially before applying chemicals, pesticides, or making significant financial decisions. You use the guidance at your own risk.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information.
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes.
  • Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services.
  • Not use the platform for spam, fraud, or other harmful activity.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, M.lesnar Company Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of AgriDoctor.AI, including crop loss or financial loss resulting from reliance on AI-generated guidance. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

8. Intellectual Property

The AgriDoctor.AI name, logo, software, and content are the property of M.lesnar Company Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without our written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Ugandan courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
